This policy explains what personal information we collect when you apply to join the founding members waitlist for the Session Nail Artist™ Society, why we collect it, and what your rights are. The Society is operated by byNadiaBlanco® ("we", "us", "our").

Who is responsible for your data

byNadiaBlanco® is the data controller for the information you provide through the Society waitlist. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, you can contact us at info@nadiablanco.com.

What we collect

When you complete the founding members application, we collect the information you choose to give us, which may include:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your Instagram handle or other social links
• Information about your career stage, your biggest career goal, and the areas you most want support with

We do not intentionally collect any special category data (such as health, ethnicity, or similar). Please do not include such information in free-text fields.

Why we collect it and our legal basis

We use this information to:

• Review your application and decide whether to offer founding membership
• Contact you about the Society, including before public launch
• Understand what prospective members want, so we can shape the Society accordingly

Our legal basis for processing is your consent, which you give by submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in assessing applications and building the Society. You can withdraw consent at any time (see "Your rights" below).

How long we keep it

We keep your application information for as long as is reasonably necessary to consider your membership and to contact you about the Society. If your application is unsuccessful or you ask us to remove your data, we will delete it, unless we are required to keep it for legal reasons.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with trusted service providers who help us run the waitlist and communicate with you — for example, our form host, email provider, and hosting platform. These providers only process your data on our instructions. Some may store data outside the UK; where they do, we take steps intended to keep it protected.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data
• Object to or restrict how we use it
• Withdraw consent at any time
