This policy explains what personal information we collect when you apply to join the founding members waitlist for the Session Nail Artist™ Society, why we collect it, and what your rights are. The Society is operated by byNadiaBlanco® ("we", "us", "our").

We keep your application information for as long as is reasonably necessary to consider your membership and to contact you about the Society. If your application is unsuccessful or you ask us to remove your data, we will delete it, unless we are required to keep it for legal reasons.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with trusted service providers who help us run the waitlist and communicate with you — for example, our form host, email provider, and hosting platform. These providers only process your data on our instructions. Some may store data outside the UK; where they do, we take steps intended to keep it protected.
